A disgustingly poor service from a so called professional. I reported them to the Legal Ombudsman. They agreed that he provided a very poor service and I was awarded compensation. Stay away from company at all costs.

I've never experienced such rudeness when being a polite paying customer! Stephen Broughton really is the most vile man I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. This firm is truly awful, I'd recommend paying the extra for a professional and competent service that you don't have to check up on every five minutes to ensure they're actually doing their job and to find out what on earth is going on. Just the worst. Avoid like the plague.
